1. Favorite movie/actor/actress? 

Don’t make fun but do you remember that movie Marley and Me about couple that owned that dog that…you know…if you’re crying then you remember. Well the dog who played Marley? Genius. Made me laugh, cry. Definitely the best actor ever.

2. Favorite song/singer? 

Again, don’t laugh but I love Rainbow Connection. It’s a Kermit the Frog song and I’m obsessed with the Jason Mraz cover.

It’s about how believing in something magical can be enough to make it real.

3. Favorite place you would love to visit? 

The Gold Coast of Australia – it’s supposed to have some of the best surf breaks in the world. Plus everyone in Australia speaks English so I could fit right in. I’m so bad at learning foreign languages.

4. One item you can not live with out? 

There’s nothing I can’t live without. Physical items are fleeting, so there’s no point getting attached. I can’t live without my friends – especially Lizzie and even Emma.

5. Who would you like to meet? (dead or alive) 

The Countless of Lovelace – world class mathematician. Her father was this famous, scandalous poet and she grew up in his shadow but eventually surprassed his contribution to the world by writing the world’s first computer progam. How awesome is that?

6. Favorite hobby? 

Surfing is pretty obviously my favorite hobby so here’s my secret hobby. I can spend hours watching videos of cute dogs online. I mean, literally, hours. I got into it from these dog surfing videos and there are also videos of dogs skateboarding, dogs hula-hooping. Its endless.

7. Guilty pleasure? 

Besides videos of dogs being ridiculous? Peanut butter straight from the jar – only I stir in chocolate chips so it’s like a do-it-yourself chocolate-peanut-butter snack. I just found out one of my friends has never tried peanut butter which blows my mind. I could munch on it all day.

8. Favorite author and/book? 

I’m not much of a reader – I’d rather be outside, but I’m always a sucker for Dr. Seuss.

9. Do you collect anything? 

Waves! I’ve surfed Cowells, Pleasure Point, Blacks, Bolinas, Mavericks (not during the crazy competition), Trestles, Chevron Reef, Rincon, Oceanside, Swami’s, Topanga – My goal is to get to 100 spots worldwide.

10. Favorite color? 

Blue. The sky, the ocean – you can’t go wrong with blue.
